Terms of Service
Effective date: 1 January 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the IND RIL app and website (the "Services"). By using IND RIL you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable Indian law and meet the minimum age requirements set out in our Community Guidelines and Child Safety Policy.
2. Your Account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to comply with these Terms and our policies.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by violating our Community Guidelines, infringing others' rights, or engaging in unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity.
4. Content
You retain rights in content you create. You grant IND RIL a limited licence to host, store, reproduce and display your content solely to operate and improve the Services. You are responsible for the content you share.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services, including software and branding, are owned by IND RIL or its licensors. Please review our Copyright and Intellectual Property Policy.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or our policies, or where required for legal, security or fraud-prevention reasons. You may stop using the Services at any time.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Services are provided on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, IND RIL's liability is limited. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in India. This clause should be finalised with legal review.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated appropriately. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
