Account Deletion Policy
Effective date: 1 January 2026
You are in control of your account and can request deletion.
This document is provided for information and should be reviewed by a qualified Indian technology/privacy lawyer before final launch.
How to Delete
Request account deletion from within the IND RIL app settings, or via the Support & Grievance page.
What Happens
We delete or anonymise your personal data, subject to limited retention required for legal, security or fraud-prevention purposes as described in the Privacy Policy.
Timeline
Deletion is processed within a reasonable period. Some backups may persist for a limited time before being overwritten.
