Founder Creator Program Terms
Effective date: 1 January 2026
These Terms govern the IND RIL Founder Creator Program. By registering you accept these Terms.
Eligibility & Limits
The program is limited to the first 10,000 eligible and approved Founder Creators. One person, one mobile number, one email address and one eligible account may participate only once.
No Guarantee
Submission does not guarantee approval or badge eligibility. IND RIL may verify submitted details and associated user accounts.
Rejections
Duplicate, fraudulent, automated, fake, misleading or policy-violating applications may be rejected.
The Badge
The Founder Creator Badge has no cash value and is non-transferable. It will not be issued immediately. Badge activation occurs only after 10,000 eligible and approved registrations are achieved and final review is completed.
Earnings
Creator earnings, payouts and rewards are not guaranteed. Future monetization requires separate eligibility and acceptance of the Monetization Terms.
Program Changes
IND RIL may modify, pause, extend or discontinue the program for legal, security, fraud-prevention, operational or business reasons. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
Suspension
Suspension or removal may occur for fraud, manipulation, fake engagement or platform-policy violations.
Data & Consent
Data is processed according to the Privacy Policy. We store the accepted terms version and timestamp when you register.
Governing Law
Disputes and governing law are subject to Indian law and finalised with legal review.
