IND RIL respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same.

This document is provided for information and should be reviewed by a qualified Indian technology/privacy lawyer before final launch.

Ownership

Creators retain rights in their content. IND RIL owns its software, design and brand assets.

Rights holders may submit a complaint via the Grievance Policy with sufficient detail to identify the content and the rights involved.

We may remove infringing content and take action against repeat infringers, consistent with applicable law.

Affected users may respond where a process is available.
